Centennial State Metal Roofing is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing company doing business as Compass Lead Group. We are not a roofing contractor and we do not perform roofing work.

What we actually do

We operate this website to connect Front Range homeowners with independent local roofing professionals. When you submit a quote request, your information is forwarded to a professional who covers your part of the corridor and who can schedule your free quote. There is no charge to you at any point, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.

Why this site exists

Colorado is one of the worst hail-loss states in the country, and metal roofing sits at an awkward intersection of insurance rules, county-by-county licensing, and a lot of sales copy. Most of what a homeowner finds when researching it is written by someone who wants to sell them a roof. We built this as the version that explains the rules first: what UL 2218 Class 4 actually is, what Colorado law does and does not require of your insurer (including why the statute nearly every Colorado roofing site cites for the Class 4 discount does not contain a roofing provision), what the new Strengthen Colorado Homes Enterprise will do from 2027, and which credential your roofer needs depending on which jurisdiction you live in. What we ask of the professionals we match you with

• Hold current local contractor credentials wherever the jurisdiction requires them, including a Denver supervisor certificate and contractor license inside Denver, and a Pikes Peak Regional Building Department license in and around Colorado Springs
• Carry current general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage
• Offer written workmanship warranties on completed work
• Provide transparent, itemized written estimates before performing any work
